About Me

I’m passionate about using health data to answer meaningful questions about healthcare and population health. As an epidemiologist and researcher, I combine epidemiology, biostatistics, and real-world evidence to help improve patient outcomes and healthcare delivery.

A close-up of a polished black tablet lying flat on a light oak table, its screen showing a structured, text-free interface that suggests a resumé layout using shaded blocks and icons instead of words. A thin, metallic stylus rests diagonally across one corner, catching a narrow highlight from overhead lighting. Behind the tablet, an open folder with neatly stacked, unmarked white pages hints at printed documents. The environment is a bright, minimalist office with soft, even lighting that avoids harsh shadows. Captured from an overhead, top-down perspective with sharp focus across the frame in photographic realism, the composition feels precise, organized, and professional, perfect for a resumé or about-page visual.

Portfolio and Projects

I am currently developing a portfolio of independent research projects using R and simulated population-level health data. These projects apply modern epidemiologic, statistical, and machine learning methods to investigate questions in aging, dementia, cancer, and health services research. This portfolio also contains research posters and abstracts submitted to previous conferences.

Volunteering

Beyond research, I am committed to serving my community through mentorship, nonprofit leadership, dementia care, and community engagement. From supporting older adults and youth to helping organizations grow their impact, volunteering has shaped my belief that meaningful change happens through people, relationships, and service.
